Little Sarah loves Baby Mark. She wants to go back to being a baby too so sometimes she gives me a bottle and asks me to hold her as if she was a baby a feed her from the bottle. Other times she behaves like Big Sister and looks at him saying "He is so beautiful".

History event

Today Sarah and Davy went with their class to the park in Zafra. There was an event called "Walk through history". More than 1000 kids attended. I could not take them since I have Baby Mark to take care of. Vanessa and Mar took them there. You can see them in the picture when they got back at 2:00 pm after 4 hours of "hot" event. Summer is here.

Happy Birthday ANNA!!!

From Spain we all wish you Happy Birthday! Sarah learnt the song in English although she seems to say "Happy Babies" .

He was celebrating Labor´s day, in Spain Labor´s Day is May 1st. We drove to Puerto de Santa María in Cadiz and also visited Jerez de la Frontera. Tomorrow back to labor...

Spring Fair in Zafra

This weekend we celebrated the Spring Fair , the weather was fantastic and we even got to eat there for free a couple of plates of "garbanzos" with "chorizo" and "morcilla". They tasted delicious. The kids enjoyed playing by the pond as you can see. Baby Mark just slept placidly.
We also got a flowered plant for the entrance of the house. It seems that finally god weather is here.

On Holy Thursday our 19 yr old cousin Rafina played the piano for us. He is an accomplished musician (8th year) and is also studying aeronautical engineering in College. As you can see he is very good looking too. I know Anna has a boyfriend otherwise Rafina would be a good choice. Rafael, his grandpa was very proud of him. What better gift for a classical music lover than to have a grandson who loves it too?. We missed David although I tried to have him join in by placing the telephone on top of the piano so that he could listen to the concert. It did not work:( i am afraid and even though I woke him up at 7:00 am his time my intention was good.

Cold and windy but we got to see the procession right outside my parents´house almost at 11pm when it was on its way back to the church.

Mark Christian Andrew Love was born on March 7th 2007 at 2:30 pm in Badajoz, Spain.
He measured 17 inches (49 cm)and weighed 6.6 pounds (3Kg) if my calculations are correct.
He is very sweet and his eyes seem blue. Brother Davy and sister Sarah love him and we hope sister Anna can meet him soon as well as the rest of the american family.

Yoels´s birthday

Last night we celebrated Yoel´s 3rd birthday. Kids enjoyed playing with the balloons and forgot about eating. The cake was both beautilful and yummy. He got many books, one of them about CARS for sure!. We had a great time

Sarah had a wish list that included a Kitchen, a piano, a trumpet, a baby...well, she got the Kitchen and she got very busy cooking for everybody as you can see in the pic.

Also she loved the "pandereta" and even wanted to sleep with it a little whike ago when i put them to bed.

One of the stars of the day was the cute keyboard with a stool and stand, microphone to record and sing, that Davy got.

He liked it very much and it fits him perfectly. The only problem is that Sarah likes it too...
